I ordered an item via click and collect but was never notified by the store (Bradford) that I could collect it. I emailed JYSK to enquire about this but never received any response except for the computer generated acknowledgement of receipt of my email.
I have shopped once in person at the Bradford store and, if the lacklustre, unmotivated and frankly anti-social guy on the till was anything to go by JYSK obviously, sadly, don't give two hoots about their customers.
