DONT SHOP HERE. Get the same from ikea or b&q for 5% more!! Literally worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Purchased 3 furniture items on 24th November with the promise of them arriving within 10-12 working days and wouldn’t be charged until dispatch of items. 20th jan (20 working days after placing my order!!!) I get an email saying my order is due to arrive between 1:30 and 3:30pm and I am charged in full. I wait around all day for the order to arrive at half 7 at night and it’s only 1 item of my entire order. In the meantime I try to contact (call and email) multiple times, when you try to call or email weeks before Xmas their lines would be randomly closed due to “unforeseen” circumstances. I emailed to cancel my order immediately after only 1 of my 3 items was delivered 12 days later than expected and my multiple emails were completely ignored. I then receive an email on the 10th of jan stating the rest of my order would arrive that day (46 days!!!!!) after I initially ordered and have paid in full for already despite my confirmation stating I would only be charged once items are dispatched to me. You think it can’t get any worse, I wait around for the rest of my order that I’ve had absolutely no communication about when will come, no acknowledgment of my request to cancel the order, it comes and it’s only one item. I am now in receipt of two good, jysk say my order is complete even though I have only two items of a furniture SET and one is still missing (AND HAS STILL NEVER ARRIVED TO THIS DAY) I requested a chargeback from my bank before receipt of any goods in light of the delivery not coming in the specified time, jysk charging me in full and also not being able to contact them. They have now called and emailed me to threaten me to pay the “debt” that I owe them within 72 hours with no reference to the side of the service that they have no upheld, no discount, not even a petty discount of future orders (not that myself or anyone I know would ever shop with them again) How come they don’t have to stick to any of their side of the bargain (delivering all of the items I’ve ordered? Delivering within specified, already quite long, time frame? Providing no customer service or even vague idea of when I’ll receive items?) but I have to stick to mine of paying for such awful service and to be quite frank, naff, cheap quality, impossible to assemble products. PLEASE JUST PAY 5% MORE AND GO TO IKEA WHO HAVE ALWAYS SHOWN EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.
