everything was in stock when i ordered from JYSK, 14th March, it took over two weeks to receive delivery, upon delivery we were delivered 2 chairs short.
i contacted customer services said the correct amount was dispatched but the delivery company only received 4. customer services said they would arrange delivery of the other 2 but you have to wait the normal delivery time...
another 2 weeks have passed no delivery! contacted customer services this morning to be told they don't have any in stock and wont be till the end of April.
ive then get to wait the normal delivery window so up to 13 days. so if they arrive it will have taken 2 months for the items to arrive. i was told i could go and collect from a store 30 miles away, the order would be cancelled and reorder at the full price.
delivery and customer services is very poor, i don't feel like they are interested in customer services at all
