Ordered a personalised robe for a present which was delivered in the wrong size.
After contacting the company they advised that they would redeliver the correct item and pickup the incorrect on the same exchange.
Took two days away from the office to wait on a delivery which never happened. The representative was unapologetic and only offered that I wait in a third day for delivery.
No attempt at good customer care and I'm still waiting for a response to an email sent to request a refund or normal postage delivery.
Please don't waste your time with this company, awful customer service and blatant disregard to offer an acceptable solution to an error on their part.
