Shameful business practises/tactics, preying on couples/people who are trying to conceive. Never responded to my emails in regards to detailed information about the shipping. Demanded payment for the deposit. Wouldn't even send confirmation of the deposit received. (Let's not even get into the huge price discrepancy from what was initially quoted). The worst part was failing to notify that our specimens were to be transported in the same shipper as other unknown specimens!?!? Other couriers do not combine differing fertility shipments. This is especially problematic in this pandemic era. Plus who accepts liability when there are multiple specimens? This was never disclosed to us by Kynisi/Kosta and we were only informed by our lab who notified us that this was what they were trying to do. They never responded to any emails They never shipped anything But they sure kept the deposit. Despicable humans. Heartbreaking to take advantage of vulnerable people.
