*KYNISI - KOSTA IS CRIMINAL / SCAM* This would be 0/5 stars if allowed. Do not use in AustralAsia Region. Poor understanding, vaigue communications, false hope and no integrity to do what they say. We were recommended by the Perth fertility clinic however what I failed to do was read the reviews before using them. We obtained a quote for end to end IVF Courier services between two highly reputable labs Jakarta to Perth. Marketing material and quote were comprehensive (price was about 10% lower than competition). Signed up and paid 30% deposit in Apr 24. Our nightmare then commenced. After that point you would trust the IVF courier to commence compiling the paperwork and lodging statutory documents for export/import. We found as clients we had to coordinate and drive everything. Now its Aug 24 and totally frustrated with Kynisi and Kosta, after 44 emails, WApp messages, phone calls, poor organisation skills, poor understanding export/import requirements, vaigue communications with no details, such as:- “We will schedule your pick up within next 2 weeks” “We will schedule for next week” “Is the lab ready for release” “we will pick up Monday” “your problem is easily solved by employing a local customs broker” Generally responses are recieved days to weeks later. In the end we had sufficent information to actually do the whole transport process ourselves with a rented cryo transport unit - it shouldnt be this way. We terminated our contract and cut off all joint communications with our IVF labs in Aug 24. We asked for 3/4 of our deposit back on a basis that Kynisi staff and Kosta’s time invested. Kosta told us he had lost money on our job and there was no refund. We asked for evidence of costs incurred and was sent an itinerary LAX-SYD. Our courier service was Jakarta - Perth and dates didnt match with communications. It was clear Kynisi never had any travel booked for Indonesia pick-up. We provided our ultimatum to return our deposit by 23 Aug - still seeing zeros in the account - hence sharing our experience. Instead of myself being in first tri-mester we are now appologising to our Australian IVF Dr and engaging another IVF courier. Anyone contemplating using Kynisi IVF couriers, you have been warned.
