We ordered 2 sets of plates from Made.com which were delivered promptly. After a few month of usage some of them were chipped on the sides so we requested to have replacements for them. They actually sent us 2 new sets where we could swap out the chipped plates with new ones, the rest we had to send back to Made.com using their shipping labels. After a few weeks more of them were chipped as well so we requested a full refund. They have sent us shipping labels for the return and refunded us the full amount. All in all, great customer service, thanks a lot Made.com!
