placed an order with made.com and stated dispatch on 10th November. contacted them and still no response, as to a confirmed delivery date. they have to speak to their logistics team and they come back to them in 48hrs but that's a response and not a confirmed delivery. a real shambles and I can see why made.com get so many bad reviews. I will most certainly not be using them again for purchasing any large items.
