Delayed and delayed. I gave up waiting.
I ordered a sofa, made in the UK costing about £3k.
The lead time was 8-10 weeks, which meant end of November.
A week before the delivery the due date changes by two weeks.
9 days before the due date I contacted customer services to confirm the date was still accurate.
They initially told me it was delayed due to being stuck on a container (funny that a UK made product would not be in the country)
They told me however, that the same product would come in a few weeks if placed a new order that day and mine was in an earlier batch so therefore I could expect my delivery on time.
Low and behold as before exactly one week before the due date it changed to mid January!
They must know in advance that they won't be able to meet these time lines, but are choosing to wait until the last minute and generate a false date. Deceitful and dishonest. Time wasters. Disgusting customer service.
