I've ordered a sofa from Made on the 17th of October - with estimate date of delivery the 20th of December which is already a long time to wait but for a decent piece of furniture it is a normal waiting time.
When it came to mid December, I've received an email saying that the delivery date was now postponed to the 19th of January.
It is that 20th of January today, after getting no news/updates from the company, I've contacted them myself and was informed that the sofa is being delayed yet again. And the estimate delivery date is.... the 20th of JUNE! Five months from now! Another 5 months.... This is absolutely ridiculous and no acceptable. All I got from the customer service is that they can either cancel my order or we have to wait. But again, no guarantees it will be here even in late June.
So they take your money, waste your time, have no regard whatsoever for you or your concerns. Give no updates, no alternative solutions.
I will not buy from Made again and if you value your money, time and nerves - get furniture from a company that actually cares about their customers and doesn't make false promises.
