I placed my order in November 2021.
One item was supposed to be delivered on 28 December 2021 but was never delivered. After follow up, received an update stating this order will be delivered on 12 January 2022. But till now (25 January), we are still waiting for this item.
Emailing their customer service is a total waste of time. Each time, I receive a vague and frustrating templated reply asking to check their website.
I have one more item to be delivered in March but now it says April. Now wonder whether I will ever receive this item.
Having taken my hard-earned money promptly in November 2021, they don't have any care for customers.
Made.com, please deliver my items soon. If you can't, please have the courtesy to return the money.
