Awful customer care. Company sent the wrong item and then refused to collect it despite the fact the driver had only just left when I realised their error.
I advised I could not store the goods due to the size of them . I was told I would be charged double if I refused to store them until they could conveniently arrange collection.
Customer care have not responded for over 24 hours despite assurances they would.
My experience to date has been that the staff are impudent and unhelpful.
I am shocked and dismayed and will be contacting trading standards.
