Good luck getting your purchase and/or informations from the customer service.
Bought a Sofa at the end of may. It was promised an "express delivery" in 5 days, I planned it for July (due to moving reasons). At the end of August I still don't know where the sofa is, when it would arrive and in which state.
I cancelled the order and asked for a refund.
In general, the customer service at MADE.com is a joke.
None knows anything and no answers are available.
The most outraging part was when someone wrote me “we will keep you updated as we did so far” after I had to contact them because I recieved NO UPDATE that my “express delivery” wouldn’t arrive.
And to get my order cancelled? The first reply has been "we can't cancel your order anymore", had to ask again to have it cancelled and refunded, and then for them to accept...
