I have received a promotion code for my first time usage of made.com. I thought that's a great way to make use of made.com.
I have ordered 2 x 2 curtains from made.com of which 1 was too short.
First bad impression was that my order was delayed of nearly one week...
So I wanted to return one of the curtains but then I found out that unfortunately the customer service team of made.com was not willing to offer a free return service and would have charged me 18 EUR for the return service. On top of that they would also deduct the discount that I have received through my first time order (although I would have kept 1 pair of the curtains).
After mentioning that I would like to order the same product but just in a larger size they informed me that on top of all these metioned costs that would apply I would also need to pay another 10 EUR for transportation cost when I order new one.
That is a very bad service for me comparing how other competitors treat their customers and their service.
That was the first and LAST time I bought on made.com.
