I echo all the comments on here but want to add that the extreme delays apply to small items too, not just sofas or beds.
All I have ordered is a light, at the beginning of May with supposed “express delivery”. I’m still waiting. All I am told is that it is a problem with the logistics company and they cannot tell me when it will be delivered. I must have spoken to 6/7 different people online. Really awful company to buy from. Time to request a refund I think.
