TELEPHONE NUMBERS HARD TO FIND, SYSTEMS DO NOT WORK, BEEN ON HOLD WITH THE SAME 10 SECOND RECORDING OF MUSIC FOR 20 MINS TWICE WITH NO ANSWER. IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO SPEAK TO A PERSON AND NO ONE EMAILED BACK WITH INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT.
