I wonder what is happening with this company.
Are they struggling to survive, because the service they offer is appalling.
Orders take 10-14 days to arrive.
Too often they send a letter, even more than a week after ordering, to say they don’t have the item/s and don’t know when the they will be delivered. Sometimes saying it will be months.
If they don’t have your item in stock then they should not take the order.
This has happened to me and several friends .
It is no way to run a business.
