Order my dress for my daughter’s wedding when I went yesterday to pick up it was a horrible experience. Customer service was horrible. My dress was custom made and they wanted me to pay for alterations. The seamstress took my measurements and the dress was tight. I paid almost 3000 thousand dollars for the dress. The owner promised me to do the alterations but no seamstress was available. The wedding is in two weeks and no help was given.
If you are looking for dress do not go to them service is poor.
