Terrible! Three problems. 1. Poor packaging for perishable item. Items arrived thawed and shellfish dead since items were not packaged appropriately. Spent $200 for the "free" shipping but items are not free when they are not edible! 2. Paid shipping surcharge to arrive on 12.20.2022 BUT items did not arrive until 12.21.2022. Items routed thru Memphis and I live in Baltimore, a fed ex hub. 3. Customer "service" is not really service by my definition. Agree with all comments and would review as a MINUS 10 if ranking available. Will never order from them again and I hope you won't either.
