Sadly also had the same problem. Doesn’t look like the real thing . They sent it back saying it had a mark on ? The only thing I could see was faulty print. After 2 phone calls
Arguing and e mails they finally agreed to refund . Customer support was polite but had to really argue my case. I literally took out of pack, saw it was to small and put straight back. They made out like it had been worn.
This really want the case.
