Avoid this company. I wish I'd taken note of the hundreds of terrible reviews before ordering with them! I ordered some t-shirts - they arrived, and the t-shirts were like pyjama tops. They were awful quality and looked dreadful. Absolutely nowhere in the product description did it say these t-shirts were at worst pyjamas, or at best loungewear. The t-shirts were no good so I googled 'mainline menswear returns' and a returns page where you print a label came up. I should have read all 1000+ words on this page properly, because sneakily it tells you that you will have to cover the £3.99 return postage yourself. Anyway, I printed a label, sent the items back, and then my refund came in £3.99 short. I queried this, got passed to a manager etc, but they just continue to quote their snide policies. That's fine - I'll charge back the £3.99 they are withholding from me, and tell anyone who will listen what a terrible outfit this company is. All could have been avoided if they described the products they're selling accurately. Or if I'd read the horrible reviews on here first and just bought elsewhere. Would never, ever shop with this company again and would suggest you think twice before doing so.
