I had a terrible experience with them. I placed an order, but their website malfunctioned, resulting in the wrong delivery address. I noticed the mistake immediately and contacted customer service within minutes, but it took them three days to respond, only to say there was nothing they could do. They took zero responsibility. The worst part was that I pleaded with the representative to provide an email address for the courier so I could correct the issue. For 20 days, she was rude, repeatedly saying it was my fault, not theirs, and refused to help resolve the problem. Eventually, they stopped responding altogether, and to this day, I never received my parcel. They basically stole my money.
