As a Consultant it is very importance to me to be able to speak to a rep. when I'm ordering or recommending equipment to my customers. Having been in the safety field for 20 years, I had dealings with many large companies and different rep's. I can say to you that being able to speak to a person and have them answer my questions or find out what the answer is and getting back to me is critical to my business. Major safety has been that company, the service, attention and willingness to help me and work with me has made a huge deference with my customers. Price is always a concern when dealing with safety equipment, however, service, reliability is very important as well, at the end of the day, what my customers remember is not the cost, but the fact that they received what was needed within the time frame and the right equipment for the task. That has been my experience with Major Safety.
