Horrible experience and extensions. I ordered ash brown and got dark blonde. Then they gave me this address that did not work at the post office to return the item to China. They never gave me an RMA number despite at least 10 attempts to contact them. The only thing they offered me was 10% off to keep the item, which is no use to me. I finally returned it to an address in California that was on the packaging stating to return to this address, and that was weeks ago and I have yet to get my $80 back.
