Today I bought someone's lunch instead of my children's. On the Mobile App after my card was declined, and I was locked out of my account, I was charged for a 2 for 5 with additions somehow while being on the phone with my bank, an order that I never made. I have phone records, mobile receipts and and now my bank account is frozen. After being ignored by the store itself, Corporate tells me they are sorry and if I send more of my personal information they can send me a coupon for a burger. Small equivalent to balance out Identity Theft. I hope you enjoyed your lunch, whomever you are and am disappointed to see that Management is of equal character.
