Yes, I was aggravated when I received my order tonight, and had to go back to my local McDonald’s. I ordered a McDouble with no bun and stated it clearly even at the window several times. At home I opened a bun with just cheese no meat at all. I took my receipt inside and spoke with an employee named Adrianna Technique. I am guessing at the spelling and pronunciation. I explained that I had to inconveniently return and come inside and the least they could do is make it correctly and possibly make another fresh one as well for customer service. Immediately, the employee verbally attacked me wailing her arms and screaming they do not give free food. I too became upset and raised my voice almost to her level I admit. However, I only asked for her name. She called out a name I couldn’t pronounce and refused to give any spelling. She stated I could call the owner and I replied that I intended to. I asked for his number, but she refused and said to get it off the drive thru window. However, it was dark and the drive thru was very busy. She declared she would call him herself. She dialed his number and as soon as he answered she shared an outrageous story of how I came in yelling and demanding free food then threw her cell phone on the counter. I admitted I was upset and my voice was slightly elevated. I explained there were two sides to every story and stated what happened. Afterwards he said nothing momentarily and then replied that I was screaming and taking the situation out on him. I apologized to him and stated I was very upset and belittled. He then said he would converse the situation later by giving me his number. I knew this would be futile since he too was not capable of diffusing this nor if any type of customer service. I grabbed my “order” and left. When I arrived home I received a shriveled piece of meat cheese side down stuck to the cardboard box. Last I checked double means two.
