I ordered through the app from McDonald's in Byram,MS and I got my food 35 minutes after I arrived. It was hard and old but the kicker was the burger was raw on the inside. I took it back and the manager on duty refused to give me a refund. I had to call corporate and thank God I had them on the phone because they heard what kind of customer service I was getting. The McDonald's employee even argued with corporate about not giving me a refund. Below is a pic of what I got after waiting 35 minutes
