Had to wait 26 minutes for meal for 4 when eating in. Chips were delivered cold. When replaced they came in small cartons so had to be replaced in the correct size ones. I feel that this is not 100% a staff complaint. Those guys were working non stop and without any real break plus trying to keep up with takeaway deliveries and drive through deliveries. Too small a kitchen area and just not enough staff to keep up in peak times. Macdonalds needs to take a look at this issue and correct it. When staff are under pressure this also leads to mistakes and more complaints so better working conditions would help.
