Don't usually go to MacDonalds, and my last drive thru experience reminded me why. What I was really wanted was one of their softserve cones after a hard day gardening. That was extremely satisfying. But then as I waited in line for the order kiosk (drive thru) considered I should eat a meal as well. So ordered a Quarter Pounder with cheese meal. Asked for an iced coffee as the drink. Slurped my ice cream cone as I drove home. Yum. Opening the QP meal was not so good. No cheese on the burger, and the iced "coffee" was a milky slightly caramel flavored drink. Not so bad in itself, but certainly not a coffee. Fries were hot, at least. Service was fast, and pleasant staff.
