DO NOT USE THEIR MOBILE APP..... apparently if you place a mobile order your phone must be present when you pick up your order at the restaurant. This is supposedly to protect you from fraud. I didn't know this and I sent my husband to pick up my mobile order without my phone and they wouldn't give it to him so I cancelled my order. The next morning I got an email saying that my order was picked up downtown, when I'm up North, by somebody at 3 in the morning and this is after I cancelled my order. I have been charged for the order that never got. I called for a refund and apparently I have to go through my bank to get a refund - they won't refund me! What happened to having my phone present to protect me from fraud? Not sure how someone was able to pick it up downtown at 3 in the morning without my phone when my husband with the order number and my name was not able to pick it up. Total stupidity.
