My entire family loved McD fries, so order 2 regular fries to share with my father. They gave Me really tiny fries even little than my pinky finger, I req them to change it but lady was rude to me may be because I claim those fries through application buy 1 get 1 free. Later, after tasting that I realized it is leftover fries and too hard to eat. I went back on counter then Arabic manager and other Arabic crew starts to offend me. I leave my food on the counter and l left. In addition to this, the lady also took feedback from me to assure that I will get pastries free on the spot, after taking all 5 starts from me she plays smart and said obviously ma'am how will get free pastries if you don't purchase anything, there I got fooled again and felt offended. Truly, McDonald breaks my heart. Now, I will think twice to visit my childhood favorite fast food brand. This incident happen to me at mega mall, Sharjah UAE. On 5 of may 2024.
