We visited the McDonalds on Rte 25 in Perrysburg at 12:00 noon on Sunday, May 25th. The restaurant was not busy. The manager was yelling out orders and insults at staff. The lobby was filthy with trash cans overflowing. The men’s bathroom had water all over the floor which was a fall risk. The kiosk printed out blank paper so the customer representative could not find our order. Service was slow. Lastly, we were charged 35 cents for chicken nugget sauce! Considering the cost of the meal I was very disappointed the sauce wasn’t included. Very disappointing. We will not be returning to this location.
