You guys seem to think those electronic machines that take our orders are to replace a real human to take our orders. Well we went to two of them in two states not able to complete either order which by the way was not the same. Ended up canceling the order each time and had a human punch in the code to the register and we paid them. Biggest problem was when we got our burgers they were COLD. No excuse for this. These should be warm enough to consume by the time they get to us. The world is understaffed. We need to appreciate those waitresses who actually get out there and our forward their efforts to satisfy customers. Stop turning us into and AI country.
