I placed an order through the app in Richmond, VA while on vacation. They charged my bank account but McDonalds Manager could not find the order. They said due to it being a 3rd party app I would need to fill out the contact us form or call. She could do nothing. That was the last of my $$. I had to place a new order with the manager costing me alot more (I used the 20% off coupon in the app) she could not apply that either. I had to use my husbands credit card. The manager saw where I was charged through my bank. The app said something to the effect of sorry we are having trouble on our end. I told her this. McDs is pushing using the app. Normally I love it but guess what I am very worried about this happening again. On top of that I couldn't the Caramel sundae I wanted and also had ordered on the app. The machine was down. So they keep asking for more information. I have provided everything I can. I can describe the manager that helped me if anyone would even want that. I gave the time, amount, date, exact location, last 4 of my card, name, email, phone number. This is absolutely unprofessional. Please take care of your customer McDonalds.
