After a long shift, I was looking forward to enjoying a meal at your restaurant and was ready to spend my hard-earned money there. Unfortunately, last night’s experience has left me with a very poor impression of your brand. I encountered rude and unprofessional employees who dismissed my questions and made it clear that my presence was more of a hassle than anything else. I’m truly disappointed and unwilling to support a company that allows this kind of treatment to its customers. This experience has made me reconsider visiting McDonald’s in the future. I hope you address this issue so no other customers are treated this way. This was at the college road location Wilmington NC 10/30/24
