First,it was early evening and the store had 4 inside customers and 1 car in the drive thru in front of me. After placing my order the drink sizes were incorrect,as were the contents of the beverages. I was shorted a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich,the fries were sad and half empty ( as seems to be with any fast food chain outside of Chick-fil-A) I had to return to the restaurant ( loosely named a restaurant) to get my sandwich and correct the beverage; which was a dangerous task with the rain on their store walk way, dangerously slippery and get the beverage from the in-store dispenser,also very slippery and the waste receptacle is back by the front door, directly across the store from the drink dispenser area. Another slippery adventure just to get the correct beverage. I was offered NO compensation for anything. The staff was not rude however for almost a $30.00 order;that's about 3 hours of their personal work hours ;to pay for the meal I had ordered, I am certain they would have been very displeased with the experience if they had been the ones paying and driving for this sad experience. They required a receipt witch I did have, but on my return to my home the number on the receipt ( 26 digit code) for a satisfaction survey would not take. Almost like they had removed it from the system, therefore I could not leave a negative review. Why do they do things like that, if you don't see the negative review you can not strive to make your store a desirable location to frequent. There is another one across Wilson that I will use from this moment on. I simply can't understand between 2 locations , about 5 miles apart, there is such a difference in management ability and the ability of their staff to create a better experience for the customer.
