Ordered ahead on the app, food was not ready when I arrived at the store. Waited for someone to greet me. They could not make the McFlurry I ordered so I had to then wait for them to make a shake instead. Got to the parking lot and the Sprite was out, then went in and waited another five minutes to be helped to have my drinks swapped out with a different one. Someone took the order and never came back. Sadly West Sugar Creek has it together better than this location. If I could give zero stars, I would overall waited 20 minutes for an order that was placed ahead were they fully staffed store
