This McDonald's at 4000 Powder Mill Rd in Beltsville MD needs to improve their customer service especially the MGR that was on duty, rude no smiles no thank you nothing but sour faces, I have worked in fast food all of my life and I have always have had the pleasure of being very helpful to customer's even though they appear to be having a bad day, I've always tried to make the customers day better for them, please improve your customer service, make someone's day, do better....
