I called this company over ten times to cancel my order that was no shipped. YOU WILL NEVER GET A HUMAN. They do this purposefully so you cannot cancel order, as their website states no emails, messages or texts, you must talk to a person. You will be on hold, told you are "next in line" "high call volume" then sent to voice mail, which again, you cannot leave a message to cancel. They also say they have 'live chat' this is A LIE. Please DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you don't believe me, try calling their number on their website, see if you get a human! You won't! Look at BBB website and other complaints. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY!
