I booked online and PAID in advance for two tyres to be fitted at Dunfermline on Saturday 23rd at 9 am. Even after arriving at 8.30 am, and being told only two tyres to do before mine,so won't be long..9.45 am was when my car was moved into bay, after asking was just told 'we are busy' how and why did it change? Maybe him standing for 15 minutes leaning into a car chatting has a bearing on that...so took just 15 minutes to change two front tyres. Slap dash...then my car was driven out, with drivers side window down, why? And door wide open and the car RUNNING, the guy just left it walked into the office and the original child shouted. 'THATS DONE MATE' are you not meant to show the CUSTOMER the work carried out? And im definitely NOT YOUR MATE....horrendous obnoxious arrogant children working there
