Trying to get hold of someone is very difficult. If you go back to the tyre garage and ask for a email they don't know. I had appointment booked. Rang me to say running behind which I already left to drive to the garage. Started tyres an hour after booking time. Then damage a sensor valve which they said they didn't do. wasn't sure which one as there was nothing wrong with them before I went in. It was a year ago only just trying to sort it now as family health issue and this on top didn't help. Shame the people who use to run that garage we're brilliant.
