have used your Macclesfield depot for quite a while now along with my family.
I was there on Saturday 30th March at about 11.30, I was with my 10 year old daughter, and was there to arrange to get 2 new tyres fitted.
When I arrived there was a delivery van unloading tyres, the manager, I presume he is the manager as he is the older guy who usually sits in the office taking payments and bookings, this manager was shouting and swearing at either the staff or the delivery guy.
He was clearly upset with something and was using language such as "f#!@*%÷ order, f#!@*%÷ return, f#!@ it" and much more.
He was also very aggressive in his behaviour.
People walking past could also hear and see this because they were looking over from a few feet away.
The young lads working there and the delivery guy did not say a word and just carried on moving tyres.
There was also, i presume a customer sat in a car right next to him on the forecourt who looked very embarrassed.
My daughter heard all this which I do not appreciate and I am disgusted with.
The manager then bounced into the office and came outside and got into a car, he was so angry and annoyed he clearly did not even see me and my daughter stood there on the pavement, as he walked past he was still swearing to himself and I heard him say "f#@!*%÷ wa#@!*" my daughter also heard this which again I am really annoyed and disgusted with.
He then moved the car forward, another car from the forecourt drove out and he put the car back then went inside, I was back in my car at this point but he was still muttering as his mouth and arms were still going.
Needless to say I did not book my car in, this manager, employee is a disgrace and needs speaking to, not only for the language used in front of me and my daughter but for treating other staff and human beings like that.
I will now be taking my business elsewhere along with the rest of my family and friends, this might not be much in the big scheme of things but it is the public that keep businesses like yours going and that man has lost you money due to his disgusting aggressive behaviour. He is clearly a bully and if I was on my own that day I would have told him so.
I would like to hear from you as to how you are going to deal with this before I consider placing a review on Trustpilot and Google.
As you can see I emailed customer services days ago but they have not even had the decency to acknowledge my email never mind address the incident!!!
