Reception Staff member was abrupt and unwelcoming, especially at check in. If I hadn't paid upfront via Tyre Shopper I would have walked out! A welcoming smile costs nothing, but it cost them a £5 tip!!
This is the second unwelcoming experience during the course of a year that I have had at the Bexleyheath Branch, if they are that unhappy in their job they should leave.
