I made a 'repair or replase' claim on my oven and fridge in early October. On 20 Oct 2021 the engineer arrived, took a brief look at the items and then left saying he would have to order some parts. It is now a month later and in that time I have tried ringing 3 different departments to inquire about an update on my claim but all calls go through to their voicemail where you are then told the voicemail box is full. I have also emailed twice but have no reply. You can't even get through to cancel the contract! Terrible service! Are these people scammers?
