I had the pleasure of talking to a "concerned agent" this afternoon. His name was Jim lol Heavy accent, lots of background chatter, script reading. States his office is located on the 10th floor, although the address posted is from a 2 storey building. I managed to keep them on the phone, talking in circles for about 20 minutes before he caught on that I was just wasting his time while trying to save a few more potential victims.
