De plus, j'ai payé une assurance via leur site qui prône que l'article arrive dans des conditions parfaites.... Le tapis que j'ai commandé est arrivé plié en 8, bien serré dans l'emballage. Résultat: les plis sont marqués, sont dangereux au passage (risque d'accrochages donc de chutes). J'avais le "choix" entre être remboursé de 40% du prix de l'article ou le renvoyer (naturellement à mes frais ce qui revenait alors à un prix supérieur du départ!!!)
