No star would be more like it. This company is the worst. Twice this year I have placed orders, they have taken my money, they have confirmed the order will be shipped right away and then two weeks into the waiting period, they email me saying: "The items you order are still out of stock, so it will take another 2-3 weeks for the order to ship." And when you call they tell you they don't know if they will ever get the item again. Who orders an item that is out of stock? Nobody so they don't say that on the website. They show that the items are available so you go ahead and order them. Both times I have contacted them to complain after receiving the email and both times they have offered a different color or style. Well, no, I want what I ordered. Then when I ask for a refund, they give all kinds of excuses, offer me store credit and when you decline, they take days to return the money even though they took it from you in a matter of seconds. Don't buy from this company, it is not worth it.
