It's a fast fashion brand, but the quality is way better than Boohoo( just for comparison), while prices are only slightly higher, though you can buy reallly cheap if items are on sale.
Customer service takes a lot of wait and patience, as they may take several days to reply, but you just have to hold on, since they'll reply, in a kind manner, being super helpful.
The style isn't as edgy as Boohoo, if you're looking for a mini bodycon dress, with a plunge neck you won´t find it in New Look.
