My husband bought me a top for Christmas, I was taken to hospital during Christmas and he was Ill too.
When I tried the top on, still in hospital, there was a very small hole in in it. My husband tried to sort a return but, it wouldn’t work on line and kept saying the return had been dealt with! We still had the top. I rang a store, they were no help at all. I waited for 30 mins to chat online, and was told time was out. So then she asked for photos, so my husband had to look for the flaw.
By the time he’d taken the photo, my chat had ended.
So I’m stuck with a faulty top I can’t wear in case the hole gets bigger!
I’ve always bought from new look and for other members of my familybut, not any more!,,
