What Im most satisfied about it the communication that i have already received. I had confirmation to say the order was received from New Look itself.
As a consumer what is the most important is the delivery updates - iv already received 3 text messages updating me every step of the way.
I would defiantly recommend New Look online ordering for ease and convenience.
